About Staywell
At Staywell Care Services Ltd we provide care that places emphasis on the relationships between staff and the Service User while ensuring all aspects of person-centred care are upheld. These include respect, warmth, encouragement and authenticity.
Who We Are
Staywell Care Services Ltd is a domiciliary care service based in the South-East of England operating within the geographical boundaries of North-East Hampshire, Woking, Guildford, Surrey Heath, Bracknell and Forest, Wokingham and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to provide compassionate and person-centred-care to a wide range of Service Users in their own homes. These may include older people, people with a physical disability or people who need assistance due to illness to continue living comfortably in a place they call home and their community.
Our dedicated care team offers consistently safe, high quality and holistic care to our Service Users. We aim to provide an excellent service that meet the needs of our service users and ensure that people under our care have excellent quality of care that reflects their needs, preferences and goals.
Staywell Care Services’ domiciliary care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who are responsible for inspecting our services regularly to ensure that we are meeting statutory regulations.
Our service users include individuals with the following conditions:
- Dementia
- Mental illness
- Physical disability or sensory impairment
- Parkinson’s disease
- Frailty

What We Do
Our dedicated assessment team is here to help you by providing you with information and reassurance you need to make informed decision about the care that is best for you and your loved ones. We have the following services, among others, that we will tailor to suit your needs.
Staywell Care Services will provide care that is tailored to your needs, in your own home or your loved one’s own home. We will deliver a flexible care service of the highest quality that promotes independence, provides continuity of care and promotes dignity and respect. Day time visits will vary – they will either be for: 30mins, 45mins, 60mins or longer. You can choose the duration that best suit you or your loved one’s needs and preferences.
When your usual carer is not available (either regular or urgent unavailability) to provide your loved one’s care, Staywell Care Services will be available to offer continued care as per your care plan in your own home. We will ensure care provision of the highest standards to maintain your safety.
Care provision is done in your own home or your loved one’s home, 24 hours a day, all year round. Staywell Care Services will ensure that a holistic approach to your care needs is offered consistently and with dedication. We will support you to live in your own home whilst respecting your right to privacy, confidentiality, dignity, choice and independence at all times. We will help you to stay safe and secure as well as offering you care of the highest standards.
Companionship care is ideal for older people who are lonely or at risk of becoming lonely. These people are still healthy enough to live independently and do not want to move into a care home or retirement village. They simply want some company to stay happy and mentally healthy. Loneliness is a huge issue that affects hundreds of people across the UK. Having somebody to talk to and go on outings will help a person’s confidence, keeps their social skills alight and helps to avoid or ease depression.
